Open House

WE'VE BEEN BUSY GETTING READY FOR OUR OPEN HOUSE! THIS YEAR'S THEME WAS "WE'RE GONNA HAVE A SUPER YEAR". SUPER HEROS EVERYWHERE! OUR EDUCATORS DID A GREAT JOB AT PREPARING FOR THIS DAY. WE ALL LOOK FORWARD TO THIS DAY BECAUSE WE GET TO TALK TO THE PARENTS ABOUT ALL THE AMAZING THINGS WE DO WITH THE KIDS AND THEY ALSO GET TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CLASSROOM. IT'S ALSO A GREAT TIME FOR PARENTS TO MEET BOTH TEACHERS AND HAVE INTERACTIONS. WE ALSO HAD SPIDER MAN VISIT AND TAKE PICTURES WITH OUR FRIENDS.

 Apple Learning Shelf and Activity

This week we introduced something different to our teachers. A shelf filled with activities that is available to our teachers. Our goal is for teachers to use these activities to have more one to one interaction with kids. These activities will also help kids develop great fine more skills, language, math and social skills. It will also help with problem solving, social connections and confidence.

FROG STREET CURRICULUM

It's the second week of getting back in routine with our Frog Street Curriculum and we've enjoyed watching all the fun activities our educators have planned.

FACES & BODY PARTS

Toddlers did a very fun activity looking in the mirror to observe and learn about their face and body parts. The educators had a great time seeing how interested their toddlers were looking in the mirror.

PHYSICAL ME

Pre-k spoke about body parts as well and we saw a lot of fun activities. We've seen great circle time and seat works. In literacy learning centers they introduced body parts vocabulary and facial features.

MY SENSES

Preschool learned about their senses so they colored their five senses book!
