Bees, Pollen and Honey!

Pre-K Two is full of hands on learners.  Today they continued their exploration of bees with a pollination activity.  There were flowers all over the room with "pollen" aka yellow pom poms.  The studenst walked around to find each flower and used science tweezers to grab each piece of pollen and transfer it to the honeycomb, just like a bee would do! On Friday we get a visit from a beekeeper who will bring us her honey to sample.
