It is always busy in our toddler rooms. They are running around, playing, eating and changing diapers. Ms. Megan couldn't have a better idea than yoga to help the kids wind down before nap time. The kids always jump at the opportunity to pose as dogs, lions, cats and their favorite is the flamingo pose. During this time the class is able to focus on balance and deep breathing.

Here are just a few benefits of incorporating yoga with children:
1. It helps balance and coordination
2. It develops focus and coordination
3. It boosts self-esteem and confidence
4. It strengthens the mid- body connection
