Volcano experiment

This week is Lil Einstein's. Ms. Robin's class started out the week talking about volcanoes and how they erupt and did a fun science experiment.

Preschool 1 Mini Michelangelo's

Ms. Heather and Ms. Erin's class learned about Michelangelo and his paintings. They painted under the table and pretended it was the ceiling like the Sistine Chapel.

Art Gallery and Auction are NOW OPEN!

Our Art Gallery is now OPEN in the Infant Hallway, and the Bid Sheets are UP! This week only, bid on your child's classroom Canvas Art Work that they created last week, during our Mini Michelangelo's Art Week. They are really wonderful pieces and you will have that Art Work to save of what your child created with their classmates. Opening Bids are $15 and go up in $5 increments. ALL proceeds go to benefit the Branches Ministry, that supports families and teachers in need. In addition, EVERYONE who posts a bid, will have their name added to a drawing to win the Crayola Easel that is set up in the front entrance way. The children LOVED our Art Week! And we are looking forward to our week this week as well, Lil' Einstein's! A week of Science including a visit from Mr. Bond, the Science Guy! Art Bids will be taken thru Friday, July 26th up until 6:00pm. You do not need to be present to win, but may pick up your art work and pay the following

ADORABLE WEE CHEFS on DRESS UP DAY!

Continued fun with Wee Chef's Week!  Below is a picture we made of our Fruit Pizza which was just the cream cheese icing, sugar cookie and fruit.  The classes wore hair nets as they built them and for Sandwich Sushi, we just rolled bread, marzetti veggie dip and shreeded carrots and broccoli.  For more fun recipes go to the following link: www.cutefoodforkids.com

Sushi day!!

This week during Wee Chefs the kids hot to make their own sushi sandwich. We also talked about the health and safety while making food so they got their own hair net to wear!!
