Adventures with ACE

With last weekend being a long holiday weekend, Ms. Robin and Ms. Austin thought it would be best if one of them took ACE home with them.  So Mr. Austin volunteered and took ACE home for the holidays!  ACE enjoyed Thanksgiving meals with the families and decorating for Christmas!  Thanks, Mr. Austin, for taking such good care of ACE.  :)

Feathers are A'Flyin'

It's Thanksgiving week and we've been busy "talkin' turkey"!  And what does a turkey have?  FEATHERS!  So Pre-K Two grabbed a sheet and threw some feathers on it for a turkey toss.  The feathers went flying and the students LOVED this fun gross motor activity.  I think the smiles on their faces says it all!

Getting Ready for Our New Theme

December starts our theme of Traditional Tales.  Preschool One is getting ready by making the Three Little Pigs houses.  They used different materials to represent bricks, straw and sticks.  They had a great time working as mini architects.

Pilgrim and Indian Parade!

We celebrate Thanksgiving week with a Pilgrim and Indian parade.  The children made pilgrim and Indian hats and marched around the hallways sharing their thankfulness.  Check out Pre-K One and Two on their trip around the school.

 Getting ready to parade!

 Here we go!

Had to stop for a silly face.  :)
