Looking for things that fly!

With our curriculum theme we have been learning about wings and things that fly! We have learned about birds, ladybugs, bats and many other things with wings! Our classes made binoculars to go outside and look for things that fly in the air! Here are some pictures of us using our homemade binoculars :)

Happy St. Patrick's Day! (A little early)

Today we are celebrating St. Patrick's Day! We are all wearing green in celebration! Here are a few pictures from the day! PreK 2 also got to enjoy a picnic outside with their green lunches :)

Flying Mentos Experiment

This month we are learning about things that fly! One of our many experiments this month was the Flying Mentos Experiment! All you need is a pack on Mentos Mints and a liter of Diet Coke. Drop the Mentos Mints into the Diet Coke and then RUN! The Mentos cause the Diet Coke to shoot up like a fountain! Try it at home!
