OUTSIDE TIME

OUR FRIENDS HAVE BEEN SOAKING UP THE SUN WHILE THEY CAN! THEY'VE ALSO BEEN HAPPY USING OUR NEW PLAYGROUND! YAAAY

WE ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD FOR OUTSIDE TIME SO OUR KIDS CAN GET ENOUGH EXERCISE. HAVING OUTSIDE TIME HAVE MORE BENEFITS THAN JUST GETTING EXERCISE. IT INVITES CHILDREN TO LEARN SCIENCE, IT CREATES OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIAL INTERACTION AND COLLABORATION, IT PROMOTES BETTER SLEEP AND IT GIVES CHILDREN A CHANCE TO TAKE APPROPRIATE RISKS.  

 

The Grinch Feast

Happy Grinch Feast day!! Our second Grinch Feast was a success. The kids could not believe they were eating the "Grinch" food. ha! Ms. Katrina did a phenomenal menu. We had from Two size too small pancake to Roast Beast to Maxi's dog bones and Who Pudding. 

         ending the week with bang 

This week has been filled with so much fun activities. Today we ended the week with three main events; Pre-k Christmas Program, Class Parties and we all got to meet Santa Claus!

Our friends practiced very hard for this special day so they can sing for their parents. They did such a phenomenal job and everyone was so proud! After their program they enjoyed some yummy snacks. 

Our Pre-k 2 classroom had a very fun filled day. They played Christmas games all morning long then they got ready for their program and right after they enjoyed snacks as well. 

Meeting Santa Claus was so joyous! All our friends were so excited and had so many questions for Santa Claus. 

Candy Cane Seeds

 A special elf left us some magical candy cane seeds yesterday! 

We planted them in sugar and while we were asleep, they grew into candy canes!!
