The kids are getting the hang of water play days!

School Bus Visit

Mr. Paul the bus driver visited our Kindergarten Boot Camp cadets today.  Whether these students will be a daily bus rider or ride the bus for field trips, we want them to feel comfortable and safe doing so.  During the visit we learned about the ten-foot safety zone around the bus, how to properly load and unload the bus, seating rules, and safety features.  The kids LOVED getting to explore a big-kid bus!  It's one of our most favorite days of the year.

 

 

Happy Father's Day!

We are celebrating Father's Day today with a "Just Fore Dads" party including games, prizes, and delicious PARfaits.  Stop by the kitchen anytime tonight between 3:30-5:30pm!

Arts and Crafts Week!

It's Arts and Crafts week at AoCS and our toddlers are already getting in the artsy spirit!  They've looked at famous pieces of artwork, read books about classic artists, and created art themselves.  What a fun way to start the week!

Sensory Water Play

Today was the first water play day of the summer!  And since it was five senses week we added lemons to the water bins for children to explore.  Preschool Two also created a sensory walk where they got to feel smooth, rough, slimy, and squishy.  There was of course the sprinkler and moon bounce.  Holy moly what a fun Friday!
