Dr. Seuss Soup

We enlisted some help from our kids to make Dr. Seuss soup.  Dr. Seuss is known for his crazy and whacky stories with lots of different places, characters, and silly words.  Dr. Seuss soup teaches the children that lots of things can all mix together to make something pretty awesome, just like in the stories.  We read a Dr. Seuss book each hour and mixed in one ingredient after every book.  We did this all morning long and let the "soup" simmer while it was nap time.  When we woke up all the ingredients had perfectly mixed together making a yummy snack full of all sorts of things.  Dr. Seuss allows your imagination run wild and we like to encourage that silly way of thinking here at AoCS too!
