This morning Preschool Two took one of our leftover pumpkins and used it for a special project. They grabbed tools to hammer in golf tees. This project helps work on their pincer grasp (the muscle that helps with holding a pencil), hand/eye coordination, and small muscle control. It takes a lot of focus and concentration to hold the tee with one hand and hammer it in with the other. But what a fun way to work our small muscles! Happy Halloween Week!
