Building Blocks

We all can admit that building blocks is on the top 5 classroom toys that our friends play. Building blocks keeps our kids occupied for hours. What we didn't realize is all the important skills that's developed when playing with building blocks. It has been scientifically proven that it helps develop mathematical and abstract thinking social skills, creativity, and much more vital skills. It also teaches them about gravity, balance and geometry. 

Playing with blocks also helps to increase attention span, cooperating with others, motor skills both fine and gross, science concept of cause and effect, early math and number concepts, language development and problem solving. Who knew building towers and block walls for hours could be that educational.
