S'Mores Under the Stars

Last Thursday we had our first ever S'Mores Under the Stars event.  And while the rain pushed us indoors, we made the best of it and still had an amazing time!  There was dinner for all families and activities set up in each classroom.  The children got to enjoy searching for plastic spider rings, a pumpkin ring toss, monster mash dance party complete with lasers and bubbles, corn kernel sensory station, decorating pumpkins, and our spooky mystery bowls.  What we loved most was the family time spent together.  We look forward to this event next year when we hope the weather cooperates better and we get to have it outside.

My Weekend with ACE

Evin was our Pre-K student of the week last week so she got to take ACE the frog home with her.  Check out all the cool pictures she sent that showed what fun she had. They went to Starbucks, Whole Foods and Honeysuckle Farms.  What fun!

Weekend with ACE

 Our student of the week was Coy!  He got to take our school mascot, ACE the frog, home for the weekend.  ACE got to meet Coy's bunny, Tux.  He also went to Coy's soccer game and then helped make Halloween decorations.  What a fun weekend!

Mr. Big Time Healthy!

Thanks to Mr. Big Time Healthy for visiting our school once again.  We love having him out to teach us all about healthy habits.  October is our annual Health and Safety month.  Thanks for coming by, Mr. Healthy!

PINK OUT Tomorrow

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Please help us raise awareness and show our support for the fight against breast cancer tomorrow by wearing pink. 

S'Mores Under the Stars

We are getting closer to our first ever S'Mores Under the Stars family event coming up on October 20th.  We plan to snack on mini hot dogs, chips, and desserts (including S'Mores, of course!)  We will also have fun activities like pumpkin tic-tac-toe, corn kernel sensory play, find the spider, pumpkin decorating, ring toss, bounce house and much more!  We hope to see your family there.
