Open House 2019

Tonight we invited our families to "Be Our Guest" at our annual Open House. It was a special night where parents learned about our curriculum, teachers explained their goals for the school year, and children had fun with super cool activities!  This year looks to be a MAGICAL one!  Check out the pictures below to see the great time we had.

Toddler Talk with Ms. Katrina

Last night our Toddler One lead teacher, Ms. Katrina, hosted her very own parent workshop entitled "Toddler Talk: how to survive and have fun when your child is one."  She covered topics such as eat/sleep/play, Conscious Discipline, developmentally appropriate behavior, and ways to entertain your child screen-free.  She did an AMAZING job presenting clear, concise, and current information.  It was so helpful and a wonderful time to gather together as a school family and learn more about this often challenging age group. Way to go, Ms. Katrina!

All About Faces

This week is all about our faces! We have been busy using mirrors to recognize our facial features.  We have been pointing out different parts of our faces and using the mirrors to draw a self portrait of ourselves.

Grandparent's Tea 2019

Today we celebrated all of our grandparents!  We made a banner for them and had lemonade and "Grandma's" cookies in the kitchen for them to grab.  Each classroom provided a gift and/or sang a song for them.  We saw a lot of homemade pictures with hand prints on them, some sweet poems, and one classroom made little homemade pies to take home. We wish each and everyone of our grandparents a HAPPY GRANDPARENT'S DAY!!

Some delicious snacks!
