Spanish Invasion

We launched our Spanish Invasion week with letting the kids make their own quesadillas.  They had so much fun assembling the meat and cheese on their tortilla.  We learned about the Spanish culture and their food.  We are also trying guacamole, mexican rice, tacquitos, flan and taco salad this week!  Here's a yummy link to homemade guacamole recipes you can make with your kids.
