We celebrated the Chinese New Year today by eating with chopsticks. We even had one Pre-K Two student that brought her own chopsticks and proudly said her family was Chinese and she couldn't wait to help her friends practice with their chopsticks. Toddler Two also colored a monkey since it's the year of the monkey! Ask them what sound a monkey makes for a good laugh.
