Hand Washing Class

Thank you to the Williamson County Health Department for coming out to teach us how to wash all those scary germs away.  We got to put on this super special lotion and then wash our hands.  Then we used a black light to see all the germs we missed.  It was such a fun way to learn how to keep our bodies as healthy as possible!  Below are instructions on proper hand washing.  With the flu season coming up, be sure to wash your hands as needed the proper way!

When should you wash your hands?

  • Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the "Happy Birthday" song from beginning to end twice.
