Self Defense

The days are getting shorter and it's getting darker earlier.  As a resource for our teachers, we provided a free self-defense class after our October staff meeting.  We were too busy practicing kicking butt to take pictures of the class but we wanted to share some tips with our parents.  Check out the link below for some helpful tips to keep as safe as possible during the dark winter months.
