Pumpkin Exploring

Pre-K One did a little pumpkin exploring.  It was a MESSY project.  They cut open the top and yanked out all the slimy and stringy pumpkin guts!  Then they cleaned the pumpkin seeds and roasted them in the oven to eat with their afternoon snack.  The results were mixed...some like the seeds, some not so much.  It was so fun to explore the pumpkin with all our five senses.
